Exhibition Opening "Lines from East Asia. Japanese and Chinese Art on Paper"   The joy of celebrating the current exhibition with a grand opening was enormous, both on the part of the Collection of Prints and Drawings and on the part of the guests, as evidenced by the immense number of guests. The ceremonial opening words were spoken by Linda Schädler, Minister Mio Maeda, representative of the Japanese Ambassadors Bern and the curatorial team Susanne Pollack and Hans Bjarne Thomsen. The Trio Aido provided a serene musical introduction to the exhibition. And for this special occasion, a more than 100-year-old original cloth fish was made to float above the buffet by the restoration team.
