Prices

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs. The prices include VAT at the current rate. An invoice will be issued for payment.

Delivery

We deliver the goods selected by post to the given address. An additional charge is made for postage and packing. Deliveries to addresses abroad are only possible when paid for in advance.

If the Graphische Sammlung ETH Zürich cannot supply a product or there is a delay in delivery, you will be informed by e-mail. The Graphische Sammlung ETH Zürich is entitled to cancel the order if it is permanently unable to supply the selected goods through no fault of its own.

Returned goods

Customers are entitled to return goods they have ordered within 14 days only if they are faulty or if the wrong items have been supplied. When returning goods please state the reason for the return and send it back, postage paid, to the Graphische Sammlung ETH Zürich. If the product cannot be replaced, the price paid by the customer will be reimbursed.

Liability

Liability claims are excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or as a result of gross negligence on the part of the Graphische Sammlung ETH Zürich. The Graphische Sammlung ETH Zürich shall not be held liable for subsequent damage or lost profit. This condition does not affect liability in accordance with the product liability laws.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The terms of the laws of Switzerland shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
